熱處理工藝對電子束熔絲成形TC18鈦合金組織性能的影響

【摘要】:利用電子束熔絲成形技術制備了TC18鈦合金試樣,研究了熱處理工藝對TC18鈦合金顯微組織性能的影響。結果表明,經(jīng)熱等靜壓處理后,宏觀組織為典型的沿堆積高度方向生長的粗大β柱狀晶;β晶粒內(nèi)部顯微組織具有網(wǎng)籃狀組織特征;片層狀初生α相隨著固溶溫度升高而逐漸減少,固溶溫度為830℃時全部消失;隨固溶溫度的升高,試樣對應的顯微硬度值增大;相同固溶處理條件下,隨時效溫度的升高,β轉變組織中次生α相片層寬度明顯增大,對應的顯微硬度值降低。
[Abstract]:TC18 titanium alloy samples were prepared by electron beam fusing. The effect of heat treatment on microstructure and properties of TC18 titanium alloy was studied. The results show that the macrostructure is a typical coarse 尾 columnar crystal growing along the stacking height after hot isostatic pressing, and the inner microstructure of 尾 grain has the characteristics of netted structure. The lamellar primary 偽 phase gradually decreased with the increase of the solution temperature, and disappeared at 830 鈩,
