Ni-Fe-W-B非晶合金的晶化行為及其電化學腐蝕特性研究

【摘要】:采用單輥急冷法制備了57.5Ni-24.5Fe-14.5W-3.5B(質(zhì)量分數(shù),%)非晶薄帶,并在不同溫度下進行退火。用DSC和XRD分析了非晶薄帶的晶化行為及析出相的演變過程;用電化學極化曲線及電化學阻抗法研究了試樣在3.5%NaCl溶液中的電化學腐蝕行為;用SEM和EDS分析了試樣腐蝕后的表面顯微形貌及成分。結(jié)果表明:該非晶薄帶的晶化過程分為3步,其晶化溫度約為430,470和700℃;退火試樣的耐腐蝕性整體優(yōu)于非晶合金樣,部分晶化試樣的抗電化學腐蝕性能優(yōu)于完全晶化試樣;500℃退火試樣表面形成致密鈍化膜,抗腐蝕性能優(yōu)異,而非晶薄帶和720℃退火試樣形成的鈍化膜不穩(wěn)定,易被點蝕和局部腐蝕。
[Abstract]:Amorphous ribbons of 57.5Ni-24.5Fe-14.5W-3.5B (wt%) were prepared by single roll quenching method and annealed at different temperatures. The crystallization behavior and evolution process of the amorphous ribbons were analyzed by DSC and XRD, the electrochemical corrosion behavior of the samples in 3.5 NaCl solution was studied by electrochemical polarization curve and electrochemical impedance method. SEM and EDS were used to analyze the microstructure and composition of the specimens after corrosion. The results show that the crystallization process of the amorphous strip is divided into three steps, and the crystallization temperature is about 430470 鈩,
