固溶處理工藝對(duì)7003鋁合金組織和性能的影響

【摘要】:通過(guò)電導(dǎo)率測(cè)試、力學(xué)性能測(cè)試、硬度測(cè)試、顯微組織觀察、SEM背散射電子分析以及XRD衍射物相分析等方法研究了固溶溫度和時(shí)間對(duì)7003鋁合金性能、微觀組織和斷口形貌的影響。結(jié)果表明:實(shí)驗(yàn)用7003鋁合金板材的固溶溫度范圍很寬,在450~500℃范圍內(nèi),固溶溫度對(duì)7003鋁合金的性能影響不大;實(shí)驗(yàn)合金板材的最佳固溶工藝約為480℃×50 min,在此條件下,合金的抗拉強(qiáng)度、屈服強(qiáng)度、伸長(zhǎng)率、硬度和電導(dǎo)率分別為399 MPa、352 MPa、13%、126.4 HV1和38.6%IACS。X射線衍射結(jié)果表明:擠壓態(tài)7003鋁合金中主要有Al基體、Mg Zn2和Al85(Mn0.72Fe0.28)14Si等雜質(zhì)相組成。
[Abstract]:The effects of solution temperature and time on the properties, microstructure and fracture morphology of 7003 aluminum alloy were studied by means of conductivity test, mechanical property test, hardness test, microstructure observation, SEM backscatter electron analysis and XRD diffraction phase analysis. The results show that the solution temperature of 7003 aluminum alloy sheet is very wide, and the solution temperature has little effect on the properties of 7003 aluminum alloy in the range of 450 ~ 500 鈩,
