激光焊接TRIP590鋼焊縫微觀結(jié)構(gòu)及形成機(jī)理研究
[Abstract]:The microstructure and formation mechanism of laser welded joints of TRIP590 steel were studied by scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and electron backscattering analysis (EBSD). The microstructure of the HAZ is mainly bainite and ferrite. The closer to the weld position, the more martensite. EBSD analysis shows that the grain distribution in the base metal region is uniform, all of them are large angle grain boundaries, and there is no obvious preferred orientation. The grain size in the heat affected zone is uneven, and the bainite has the same or similar orientation. The weld strip size is the largest and has obvious texture. The distribution of residual austenite is in the grain interior or grain boundary. The grain boundary orientation difference between weld and heat affected zone is between 1 擄and 5 擄, and a large number of small angle grain boundaries result in less plasticity of weld and HAZ than the base metal.
