低溫時效對Fe-22Al合金微觀組織和力學性能的影響

【摘要】:利用金相顯微鏡、XRD、TEM和力學性能測試方法研究了低溫時效對Fe-22Al合金的微觀組織和力學性能的影響。結(jié)果表明,Fe-22Al合金經(jīng)退火和固溶處理后的金相組織為粗大的等軸狀晶粒,但固溶處理后晶粒尺寸有所減小。合金主要的相組成為α-Fe相以及具有B2結(jié)構(gòu)的FeAl相,不存在DO3結(jié)構(gòu)的Fe3Al相。存在明顯的基體衍射斑點和(100)超點陣斑點意味著發(fā)生失穩(wěn)有序化轉(zhuǎn)變,并形成大量B2結(jié)構(gòu)的有序相。暗場像結(jié)果表明存在大量Al原子的富集區(qū)和貧集區(qū),即合金中發(fā)生了調(diào)幅分解轉(zhuǎn)變。經(jīng)過530℃時效處理后,合金的衍射斑點中同時存在DO3結(jié)構(gòu)和B2結(jié)構(gòu)的超點陣斑點。隨時效的進行,逐漸發(fā)生B2→DO3相變,在B2結(jié)構(gòu)的有序相內(nèi)部形成大量細小的DO3相,并逐漸長大和粗化,最終形成粗大的海綿狀結(jié)構(gòu)。經(jīng)過固溶和時效處理后,Fe-22Al合金的硬度和抗壓強度分別為359HV、1610 MPa。
[Abstract]:The effect of low temperature aging on the microstructure and mechanical properties of Fe-22Al alloy was studied by means of TEM and mechanical properties test. The results show that the microstructure of Fe-22Al alloy is coarse equiaxed grain after annealing and solution treatment, but the grain size decreases after solution treatment. The main phase composition of the alloy is 偽 -Fe phase and Feal phase with B2 structure, but there is no Fe3Al phase with DO3 structure. The existence of obvious matrix diffraction spots and (100) superlattice spots means that the instability transition occurs and a large number of ordered phases with B2 structure are formed. The results of dark field images show that there are a large number of rich and poor regions of Al atoms, that is, the amplitude modulation decomposition transition takes place in the alloy.
