免水洗常溫錳系磷化膜的制備與性能

【摘要】:將Q235鋼試片在磷酸二氫錳、硝酸錳、鉬酸鈉、氟硼酸鈉等組成的錳系磷化液中常溫磷化后,自然干燥3h,制備了免水洗的彩色錳系磷化膜?疾炝肆谆簆H、磷化時間、磷化溫度等工藝參數(shù)對磷化膜耐腐蝕性能的影響,用SEM及EDS分析了磷化膜的形貌和組成。結(jié)果表明,在磷化液pH為2.3~3.1、磷化溫度5~40℃下浸漬磷化5~12min,可生成均勻、致密的彩色錳系磷化膜,其在質(zhì)量分數(shù)3%氯化鈉溶液中的耐腐蝕時間90min。噴涂鐵紅環(huán)氧底漆后,漆膜耐沖擊性能達50cm,漆膜的附著力為1級。
[Abstract]:After phosphating Q235 steel in manganese phosphate solution composed of manganese phosphate, manganese nitrate, sodium molybdate and sodium fluoroborate at room temperature, the color manganese phosphate film without washing was prepared after 3 hours of natural drying. The effects of phosphating solution pH, phosphating time and phosphating temperature on the corrosion resistance of phosphating film were investigated. The morphology and composition of phosphating film were analyzed by SEM and EDS.
