銅元素對FeCr合金激光熔覆層性能影響及銑削加工減振機理研究

【摘要】:針對大型離心式管線壓縮機葉片激光熔覆修復(fù)層難加工問題,進行激光熔覆減振合金配方與修復(fù)層銑削加工一體化工藝理論研究。使用添加不同質(zhì)量分數(shù)銅元素的Fe Cr合金粉料在KMN鋼基體上制備激光熔覆修復(fù)層;通過掃描電鏡、X射線衍射儀及能譜分析儀對修復(fù)層微觀組織及物相組成進行觀察分析;對修復(fù)層顯微硬度進行測試;對修復(fù)層室溫干摩擦情況下的耐磨性進行測試;采集修復(fù)層側(cè)銑過程中的振動信號,分析銅元素質(zhì)量分數(shù)對修復(fù)層銑削振動及表面粗糙度的影響。結(jié)果表明,銅元素的加入起到細化晶粒的作用,含銅修復(fù)層的硬度、耐磨性均優(yōu)于不含銅元素的修復(fù)層;含銅修復(fù)層銑削振動有顯著降低,有效避免了顫振出現(xiàn)。
[Abstract]:Aiming at the difficult processing of laser cladding repair layer for large centrifugal pipeline compressor blade, the theoretical study on the formula of laser cladding damping alloy and milling process of repair layer is carried out. The laser cladding repair layer was prepared on KMN steel by adding Fe Cr alloy powder with different mass fraction of copper, and the microstructure and phase composition of the repair layer were observed and analyzed by scanning electron microscope (SEM) and X-ray diffraction (SEM) and energy spectrum analyzer (EDS). The microhardness of the repair layer is tested; the wear resistance of the repair layer under dry friction at room temperature is tested; the vibration signals of the repair layer during the side milling are collected and the effect of the mass fraction of copper on the milling vibration and surface roughness of the repair layer is analyzed. The results show that the addition of copper elements plays a role in grain refinement, the hardness and wear resistance of the repair layer containing copper are better than those of the repair layer without copper element, and the milling vibration of the repair layer containing copper is significantly reduced, which effectively avoids chatter.
