機械振動對消失模型殼鑄造鎂合金充型能力的影響

【摘要】:在AZ91D鎂合金消失模型殼鑄造的澆注過程中施加垂直方向的機械振動,研究了不同的振動頻率和振幅對消失模型殼鑄造充型能力的影響,并在不同澆注溫度下與未振動條件進行了對比分析。通過對不同參數(shù)下獲得的AZ91D試樣的長度和面積進行分析,探討了機械振動對消失模型殼鑄造鎂合金充型能力的影響。結(jié)果表明,澆注溫度不同的鎂合金在機械振動下相比于未振動時充型能力得到顯著提高,且澆注溫度越低,充型能力的提高幅度越大。在澆注溫度為690℃時,充型長度提高了75.6%,充型面積提高了82.3%。隨著振動頻率和振幅的增加,AZ91D鎂合金的充型能力逐漸提高,當(dāng)振動頻率為100Hz,振幅為1.0mm時,消失模型殼鑄造AZ91D鎂合金的充型能力較為理想。
[Abstract]:The vertical mechanical vibration of AZ91D magnesium alloy lost model shell casting was carried out. The effects of vibration frequency and amplitude on mold filling capacity of lost model shell casting were studied. At different pouring temperature and no vibration conditions were compared and analyzed. By analyzing the length and area of AZ91D sample obtained under different parameters, the effect of mechanical vibration on the mold filling capacity of magnesium alloy cast in vanishing mold shell was discussed. The results show that the filling capacity of magnesium alloy with different pouring temperature under mechanical vibration is significantly higher than that without vibration, and the lower the pouring temperature, the greater the increase of mold filling capacity.
