數(shù)控立車工作臺運(yùn)行噪音分析與控制

【摘要】:隨著數(shù)字化工廠的誕生,企業(yè)也越來越人性化,綠色環(huán)保型的工作環(huán)境已經(jīng)遍布全球,因此數(shù)控機(jī)床的噪音也越來越引起人們的關(guān)注,對機(jī)床噪音研究具有重要的實(shí)際意義。本文對重型雙立柱立式車床工作臺運(yùn)行過程中噪音產(chǎn)生的原因和噪音控制措施開展研究,論文的主要研究工作有:(1)數(shù)控雙立柱立式車床的結(jié)構(gòu)與工作臺傳動原理分析首先,對數(shù)控雙立柱立式車床的各主要組成部件進(jìn)行介紹,了解其各主要部件的功能,熟悉其工作原理,并對工作臺、齒圈、底座和主傳動箱體作了詳細(xì)介紹。其次,通過對數(shù)控雙立柱立式車床工作臺傳動系統(tǒng)各組成部件的認(rèn)識了解其傳動原理,結(jié)合其傳動原理圖分析出工作臺運(yùn)行過程噪音產(chǎn)生的部位。(2)對多臺不同型號的數(shù)控雙柱立式車床在各種狀態(tài)下的噪音進(jìn)行檢測,比較,對數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行分析,確定產(chǎn)生噪音的主要因素。首先對數(shù)十臺不同型號的數(shù)控雙柱立式車床工作臺在正常情況下運(yùn)行的噪音進(jìn)行檢測,比較找出噪音最大的機(jī)床型號;其次將噪音最大的一類機(jī)床的不同狀態(tài)進(jìn)行反復(fù)測試,多組數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)分析;最后根據(jù)數(shù)據(jù)尋找出工作臺運(yùn)行過程中產(chǎn)生噪音的最主要的因素。(3)根據(jù)分析出的要因制定出相應(yīng)降低噪音的措施主要通過工藝手段提高關(guān)鍵零件的精度和裝配精度,增加一些檢測監(jiān)控手段,確保各個環(huán)節(jié)達(dá)標(biāo)且可控。(4)對降低工作臺運(yùn)行噪音的措施進(jìn)行效果驗(yàn)證對噪音超標(biāo)的五臺產(chǎn)品修復(fù)的零件精度進(jìn)行精度檢測,合格后組裝再次檢測噪音確定是否超標(biāo)來驗(yàn)證措施的可行性;并通過價(jià)值結(jié)算來判斷改進(jìn)措施的實(shí)用性,最后將使用改進(jìn)后的加工方法對完成的產(chǎn)品噪音情況進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì),進(jìn)一步確定改進(jìn)措施的效果。
[Abstract]:With the birth of digital factory, enterprises are becoming more and more humanized, and the environment of environmental protection has spread all over the world. Therefore, the noise of CNC machine tools has attracted more and more attention, which is of great practical significance to the research of machine tool noise. In this paper, the causes of noise and noise control measures in the running process of double column vertical lathe are studied. The main research work of this paper is as follows: (1) the structure and driving principle of CNC double vertical lathe are analyzed. This paper introduces the main components of the CNC double vertical lathe, understands the functions of the main components, and is familiar with its working principle, and introduces in detail the worktable, the gear ring, the base and the main transmission box. Secondly, through the understanding of the components of the table transmission system of the CNC double-column vertical lathe, the transmission principle is understood. Combined with its transmission schematic diagram, the position of noise generated in the running process of the worktable is analyzed. (2) the noise of several different types of NC double-column vertical lathe in various states is detected, compared, and the data are analyzed. Identify the main causes of noise. First of all, the noise of dozens of different types of NC double-column vertical lathe worktables are detected under normal conditions, and the most noisy machine models are compared to find out; secondly, the different states of the first kind of lathe with the greatest noise are repeatedly tested. Statistical analysis of multiple groups of data; Finally, according to the data to find out the most important factors that produce noise in the running process of the worktable. (3) according to the analysis of the reasons to formulate the corresponding measures to reduce the noise, mainly through the technical means to improve the accuracy of key parts and assembly accuracy, Adding some inspection and monitoring means to ensure that each link is up to standard and controllable. (4) to verify the effect of the measures to reduce the operating noise of the worktable and to check the accuracy of the parts repaired by the five products whose noise exceeds the standard. After passing the test, the assembly again detects whether the noise is over the standard to verify the feasibility of the measure; and the value settlement is used to judge the practicability of the improvement measure. Finally, the noise situation of the finished product will be counted using the improved processing method. Further determine the effect of improvement measures.
