冷彎方矩形管工藝參數(shù)的優(yōu)化研究

【摘要】:隨著我國國民經(jīng)濟的快速發(fā)展,大型方矩形管在建筑、土木、集裝箱等行業(yè)有著廣闊的市場前景。在采用直接成方工藝連續(xù)冷彎成型生產(chǎn)方矩形管時,先將板帶通過冷彎成型機組成型,再進行對縫擠壓焊接和整形,得到最終的方矩形管。為了能使板帶邊部的焊接過程完全和穩(wěn)定的進行,必須在冷彎機組成型過程中防止邊部產(chǎn)生邊浪、縱向彎曲等缺陷的產(chǎn)生。本文基于田口方法對冷彎成型的機架間距、摩擦系數(shù)和成型速度等工藝參數(shù)的不同水平值正交試驗設(shè)計,利用ABAQUS有限元仿真軟件,對正交試驗方矩形管生產(chǎn)過程的冷彎成型的十個道次進行顯式非線性動態(tài)分析,分別得到每個道次上邊部應(yīng)變峰值最小時各個工藝參數(shù)的取值,通過對成型機組的優(yōu)化配置,減少了邊部的縱向伸長和剪切變形,,同時,優(yōu)化后有效改善了成型過程中第四到第十道次邊部變形的均勻性,防止邊部邊浪、縱向彎曲等缺陷的產(chǎn)生。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of China's national economy, large square rectangular tubes have a broad market prospect in construction, civil engineering, container and other industries. When the square rectangular tube is produced by continuous cold forming with direct square forming process, the plate and strip are formed through the cold forming machine, then the seam extrusion welding and shaping are carried out, and the final square rectangular tube is obtained. In order to make the welding process of strip edge complete and stable, it is necessary to prevent edge wave and longitudinal bending in the forming process of cold bending machine. In this paper, based on the orthogonal design of different horizontal values of stand spacing, friction coefficient and molding speed, the Abaqus finite element simulation software is used. In this paper, the explicit nonlinear dynamic analysis of 10 passes in the cold forming process of orthogonal square rectangular tube is carried out, and the values of each process parameter are obtained when the peak strain of the upper side of each pass is minimum, and the optimum configuration of the forming unit is obtained. The longitudinal elongation and shear deformation of the edge are reduced, at the same time, the uniformity of the deformation of the fourth to the tenth pass in the molding process is effectively improved after optimization, and the defects such as the edge wave and the longitudinal bending are prevented.
