SUS301L-HT不銹鋼激光焊接與MIG焊接對比試驗研究

【摘要】:進(jìn)行了2 mm SUS301L-HT不銹鋼激光焊和惰性氣體保護(MIG)焊試驗,對比了兩組焊縫在成形、顯微組織、力學(xué)性能等方面的差別。兩種焊接方法焊得的焊縫在成形上有較大不同,激光焊焊縫成形均勻穩(wěn)定,接頭角變形小,熔寬小,熱影響區(qū)(HAZ)窄,優(yōu)于MIG焊縫。兩種焊接方法焊得的焊縫的金相組織差異較大,激光焊焊縫組織由細(xì)小柱狀奧氏體枝晶和枝晶間δ鐵素體組成,HAZ發(fā)生了回復(fù)和再結(jié)晶,晶粒有一定程度的長大;MIG焊縫由粗大的塊狀奧氏體組織和少量δ鐵素體組成,HAZ組織變化豐富,組織隨著與熔合線距離的改變而不同。兩種焊接方法焊得的焊縫的力學(xué)性能差異明顯,激光焊焊縫拉伸性能優(yōu)于MIG焊縫,激光焊接頭拉伸斷裂在焊縫,斷口為典型韌性斷口,接頭抗拉強度達(dá)到979.1 MPa,延伸率達(dá)到48.2%。
[Abstract]:The laser welding experiments of 2 mm SUS301L-HT stainless steel and the inert gas shielded (MIG) welding were carried out. The differences in forming, microstructure and mechanical properties between the two groups were compared. The weld formed by the two welding methods is quite different. The laser welding weld is uniform and stable, the joint angle deformation is small, the melting width is small, and the HAZ is narrow, which is superior to the MIG weld. The microstructure of the weld welded by two welding methods is quite different. The microstructure of laser welding weld is composed of fine columnar austenitic dendrite and interdendritic 未 ferrite, which is recovered and recrystallized. The microstructure of MIG welds with a certain degree of grain growth is rich in changes from coarse bulk austenitic microstructure and a small amount of 未 ferrite, and the microstructure varies with the change of the distance from the fusion line. The mechanical properties of the weld welded by the two welding methods are obviously different. The tensile properties of the laser welding weld are superior to those of the MIG weld. The tensile fracture of the laser welding joint is typical toughness fracture, the tensile strength of the joint is 979.1 MPA, and the elongation is 48.2%.
