純鎳N6填絲等離子焊接工藝及接頭組織性能的研究

【摘要】:試驗(yàn)采用等離子弧焊設(shè)備對(duì)工業(yè)純鎳N6板材進(jìn)行填充焊絲等離子焊接工藝試驗(yàn)。借助光學(xué)顯微鏡(OM)、掃描電鏡(SEM)、能譜分析(EDS)、X射線衍射儀(XRD)和顯微硬度計(jì)等手段分析了焊接接頭的微觀組織和力學(xué)性能。結(jié)果表明:采用合理的焊接工藝參數(shù)可以得到成形良好的焊縫,填絲焊接接頭抗拉強(qiáng)度為333 MPa,其抗拉強(qiáng)度達(dá)到母材強(qiáng)度的97.6%,不填絲焊接接頭抗拉強(qiáng)度為240 MPa,達(dá)到母材強(qiáng)度的70.5%;母材為均勻細(xì)小的等軸晶,填絲接頭焊縫處呈樹枝狀結(jié)晶且晶粒粗大,熱影響區(qū)靠近熔池部分的晶粒過熱長(zhǎng)大,靠近母材部分為均勻細(xì)小的等軸晶;填絲接頭基體為γ-Ni組織,同時(shí)存在γ'(Ni3(Al,Ti)C)強(qiáng)化相,填絲接頭拉伸斷口表現(xiàn)為韌-脆混合斷裂,焊接接頭硬度最低值出現(xiàn)在熱影響區(qū);與母材相比,不填絲接頭焊縫區(qū)與熱影響區(qū)晶粒粗大,其基體組織為單相奧氏體,不填絲接頭拉伸斷口表現(xiàn)為脆性斷裂,硬度最低值出現(xiàn)在接頭熱影響區(qū)。
[Abstract]:Plasma arc welding equipment was used to test the filling wire plasma welding process of industrial pure nickel N 6 sheet. The microstructure and mechanical properties of welded joints were analyzed by means of optical microscope (OM), scanning electron microscope (SEM), energy dispersive analysis (EDS), X-ray diffraction (XRD) and microhardness meter. The results show that the well-formed weld can be obtained by using reasonable welding parameters. The tensile strength of the filler wire welded joint is 333 MPA, and its tensile strength is 97.6 of the base metal strength, and the tensile strength of the unfilled wire welded joint is 240 MPA, which reaches 70.5% of the base metal strength; the base metal is uniform and fine equiaxed crystal, The weld seam of the filler wire joint is dendritic with coarse grain size, the grain near the weld pool in the heat affected zone is overheated and grows, and near the base metal part is uniform and fine equiaxed crystal, and the matrix of the filler wire joint is 緯 -Ni structure, and there is 緯'(Ni3 (AltaiTi) C) strengthening phase in the filler wire joint. The tensile fracture of the filler wire joint is ductile-brittle mixed fracture, the lowest hardness of the welded joint appears in the heat-affected zone, compared with the base metal, the grain in the weld zone and the heat-affected zone of the non-filler wire joint is coarse, and the matrix structure is single-phase austenite. The tensile fracture of the unfilled joint is brittle fracture and the lowest hardness occurs in the heat-affected zone of the joint.
