偏置彈簧對(duì)SMA驅(qū)動(dòng)器輸出性能影響規(guī)律

【摘要】:偏置彈簧參數(shù)對(duì)形狀記憶合金(SMA,Shape Memory Alloy)驅(qū)動(dòng)器的輸出性能有著非常大的影響.為獲得其影響規(guī)律,通過試驗(yàn)研究了不同偏置彈簧剛度以及不同彈簧預(yù)壓縮載荷下,SMA驅(qū)動(dòng)器的作動(dòng)位移、響應(yīng)速度的變化規(guī)律以及循環(huán)次數(shù)對(duì)驅(qū)動(dòng)器性能的影響規(guī)律.試驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,驅(qū)動(dòng)器最大作動(dòng)位移及響應(yīng)速度隨彈簧剛度或預(yù)載的增大而降低;驅(qū)動(dòng)器性能在前幾次循環(huán)中衰減較大,隨著循環(huán)進(jìn)行性能逐漸趨于穩(wěn)定;彈簧預(yù)載的增大使驅(qū)動(dòng)器性能穩(wěn)定所需的循環(huán)次數(shù)減少,而彈簧剛度對(duì)驅(qū)動(dòng)器輸出性能的循環(huán)變化規(guī)律影響不大.
[Abstract]:The bias spring parameters have great influence on the output performance of shape memory Alloy driver. In order to obtain the influence law, the actuator displacement, response speed and the influence of cycle times on the performance of SMA actuator under different spring precompression loads and different offset spring stiffness were studied experimentally. The experimental results show that the maximum actuator displacement and response speed decrease with the increase of spring stiffness or preload, and the performance of the actuator attenuates greatly in the previous cycles, and tends to be stable with the cycle performance. The increase of spring preload reduces the number of cycles needed to stabilize the performance of the actuator, while the stiffness of the spring has little effect on the cyclic variation of the output performance of the actuator.
