【摘要】：利用自制的降雨噴淋裝置模擬Zn在酸雨條件下的大氣腐蝕行為,采用掃描電鏡(SEM)、X射線能譜(EDS)、X射線衍射(XRD)和電化學(xué)測試技術(shù)分別研究Zn腐蝕48、96、144、192和240 h后的腐蝕產(chǎn)物成分、銹層截面形貌以及表面銹層的電化學(xué)特性,分析了銹層對Zn腐蝕行為的影響。結(jié)果表明:主要的腐蝕產(chǎn)物為Zn(OH)2、Zn SO4、Zn4SO4(OH)6·3H2O和Zn5(OH)8Cl2·H2O;腐蝕過程中,Zn的表面形成了具有較好保護(hù)性的銹層,隨著腐蝕時間的延長,銹層對Zn的保護(hù)作用先增強(qiáng)后減弱。
[Abstract]:The atmospheric corrosion behavior of Zn in acid rain was simulated by a self-made rainfall sprinkler. The composition of Zn corrosion products after 489 614 4192 and 240 h corrosion were studied by means of scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and X-ray diffraction (XRD) and electrochemical measurement techniques, respectively. The effect of rust layer on the corrosion behavior of Zn was analyzed. The results show that the main corrosion products are Zn (OH) 2n so 4 (OH) 4SO 4 (OH) 63H 2O and Zn 5 (OH) 8Cl 2 H 2O, and a protective rust layer is formed on the surface of Zn in the process of corrosion. With the prolongation of the corrosion time, the protective effect of the rust layer on Zn is first enhanced and then weakened.
