【摘要】：利用上界方法研究非粘接夾層板的軋制過程。提出了一個變形模型,建立各速率分量間的數(shù)學關系。將獲得的內(nèi)功。剪切功和摩擦功的表達式應用到上界模型中。通過分析,得到了軋制力、平均接觸壓強和各層的最終厚度。通過對比理論預測結果和文獻中的實驗數(shù)據(jù),討論了分析模型的有效性。分析了不同軋制條件(流變應力比,原料板材初始厚度比,總壓下量)對軋制力矩的影響。建立的分析模型具有高的準確性。
[Abstract]:The rolling process of non-adhesive sandwich plates is studied by upper bound method. A deformation model is proposed to establish the mathematical relations among the velocity components. The internal work to be obtained. The expressions of shear work and friction work are applied to the upper bound model. Through analysis, the rolling force, average contact pressure and the final thickness of each layer are obtained. The validity of the analytical model is discussed by comparing the theoretical prediction results with the experimental data in the literature. The effects of different rolling conditions (flow stress ratio, initial thickness ratio of raw materials and total reduction) on rolling torque were analyzed. The established analytical model has high accuracy.
