基于響應(yīng)面模型的膠接接頭拉剪強度影響因素分析

【摘要】:通過建立膠接接頭拉剪強度的有限元模型,預(yù)測接頭拉剪過程中的膠層內(nèi)部最大應(yīng)力,基于膠層和鋼板的材料特性、幾何因素與膠層內(nèi)部最大應(yīng)力的響應(yīng)面模型,分析了不同因素對膠接接頭強度的影響規(guī)律.結(jié)果表明:膠層內(nèi)部最大應(yīng)力與鋼板厚度呈負相關(guān)關(guān)系;膠層厚度和鋼板屈服強度均存在使膠層內(nèi)部應(yīng)力最小的臨界值;膠層內(nèi)部最大應(yīng)力與膠層屈服強度呈負相關(guān)線性關(guān)系,其斜率受到膠層厚度及鋼板的厚度和屈服強度的共同影響.
[Abstract]:By establishing the finite element model of tensile and shear strength of adhesive joint, the maximum stress of adhesive layer in the process of tension and shear is predicted. Based on the material characteristics of rubber layer and steel plate, the response surface model of geometric factors and the maximum stress inside the adhesive layer, the finite element model is established. The influence of different factors on the strength of adhesive joint was analyzed. The results show that there is a negative correlation between the maximum stress and the thickness of the steel plate, the critical value between the thickness of the rubber layer and the yield strength of the steel plate, and the negative linear relationship between the maximum stress and the yield strength of the rubber layer. The slope is affected by the thickness of rubber layer and the thickness and yield strength of steel plate.
