TaC含量對WC-9Co粗晶硬質(zhì)合金顯微組織和力學(xué)性能的影響(英文)

【摘要】:采用熱等靜壓燒結(jié)和氣淬工藝制備6種不同TaC含量的WC-9Co粗晶硬質(zhì)合金。利用掃描電鏡,能譜儀、X射線衍射等方法研究TaC含量對WC-9Co粗晶硬質(zhì)合金顯微組織、Co中Ta和W含量的影響,并對合金的力學(xué)性能進(jìn)行測試和比較。結(jié)果表明:當(dāng)TaC添加量為0.4%時,WC晶粒生長被明顯抑制,WC-9Co的硬度和強(qiáng)度達(dá)到最大值,分別為HV 1124和2466 MPa。當(dāng)TaC添加量超過0.6%時,WC晶粒不再進(jìn)一步減小,合金顯微組織中出現(xiàn)(W,Ta)C相;而且隨著TaC含量的增加,合金的強(qiáng)度和韌性提高,同時Co中的(Ta+W)含量下降。這表明,對于具有正常WC+γ組織的粗晶WC-TaC-9Co合金,降低Co中的(Ta+W)含量有利于提高其力學(xué)性能。
[Abstract]:Six kinds of WC-9Co coarse crystal cemented carbides with different TaC contents were prepared by hot isostatic pressure sintering and gas quenching. The effects of TaC content on Ta and W contents in the microstructure of WC-9Co coarse cemented carbides were studied by means of scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and X-ray diffraction (EDS). The mechanical properties of the alloys were tested and compared. The results showed that the hardness and strength of WC-9Co were significantly inhibited when the content of TaC was 0.4 and the hardness and strength of WC-9Co reached the maximum values of HV 1124 and 2466 MPA, respectively. When the content of TaC is more than 0.6%, the WC grain will not decrease further, and the (WU Ta) C phase will appear in the microstructure of the alloy, and with the increase of TaC content, the strength and toughness of the alloy will increase, while the content of (Ta W) in Co will decrease. It is shown that for the coarse WC-TaC-9Co alloy with normal WC 緯 structure, decreasing the content of (Ta W) in Co can improve the mechanical properties of WC-TaC-9Co alloy.
