【摘要】:為了開發(fā)環(huán)保型的鍍鋅層彩色鈍化液,以正交試驗和極差分析的方法,研究了鍍鋅層表面三價鉻彩色鈍化液的組成,通過單因素試驗法研究了成膜溫度、p H值、鈍化時間、空停時間及干燥方式對鈍化膜外觀顏色及耐蝕性能的影響,并對工藝參數(shù)進(jìn)行優(yōu)化。結(jié)果表明:鈍化液的最佳組分為7.5 g/L硝酸鉻、6.0 g/L檸檬酸、1.0 g/L硝酸鈉、1.0 g/L硫酸鈷、2.0 g/L氯化鈉;最佳工藝參數(shù)為p H值2.5,成膜溫度35℃,鈍化時間90 s,空停時間20s,電吹風(fēng)干燥;采用本法對鍍鋅層進(jìn)行彩色鈍化,膜表面質(zhì)量及耐腐蝕性能最好。
[Abstract]:In order to develop an environmentally friendly color passivation solution for zinc plating, the composition of chromium-chromate passivation solution on zinc coating surface was studied by orthogonal test and range analysis. The film forming temperature and passivation time were studied by single factor test. The effects of air stop time and drying method on the appearance color and corrosion resistance of passivated film were studied and the process parameters were optimized. The results show that the optimum composition of the passivation solution is 7.5 g / L chromium nitrate 6.0 g / L citric acid 1.0 g / L sodium nitrate 1.0 g / L cobalt sulfate 2.0 g / L sodium chloride, the optimum technological parameters are pH 2.5, film forming temperature 35 鈩,
