激光視覺(jué)方法用于檢測(cè)齒輪加工誤差

【摘要】:齒輪是工業(yè)基礎(chǔ)零件,其加工精度對(duì)設(shè)備的整體精度和可靠性有重要的影響。為了提高加工后齒輪的檢測(cè)速度和檢測(cè)精度,提出了一種激光測(cè)距齒輪齒向精度檢測(cè)方法,并在此方法基礎(chǔ)上研制了齒輪齒向檢測(cè)系統(tǒng)。利用激光在金屬及反光物體方面的測(cè)量?jī)?yōu)勢(shì),選用激光作為測(cè)量光源,利用激光三角法獲得齒輪的測(cè)量點(diǎn)位置的相對(duì)坐標(biāo)信息。為了全面獲得齒輪各個(gè)部位的信息,結(jié)合氣浮轉(zhuǎn)臺(tái)的圓周運(yùn)動(dòng)和精密電控升降臺(tái)的升降直線運(yùn)動(dòng),完成對(duì)齒輪齒向的數(shù)據(jù)掃描。為了獲得齒輪的絕對(duì)坐標(biāo)值,提出了齒輪齒向測(cè)量標(biāo)定算法,用于計(jì)算出傳感器與齒輪分度圓之間位置關(guān)系,從而進(jìn)行齒向測(cè)量。結(jié)果表明,該測(cè)量方法能夠滿足工業(yè)中齒輪的高精度無(wú)損檢測(cè)要求,能夠完成齒輪精度等級(jí)分類要求。本研究所提出的測(cè)量方法,可以推廣到其他金屬反光物體高精度尺寸檢測(cè)系統(tǒng)中。
[Abstract]:Gear is a basic part of industry, and its machining accuracy has an important effect on the overall accuracy and reliability of the equipment. In order to improve the detection speed and precision of the machined gear, a laser ranging method for measuring the tooth direction of the gear is proposed, and a gear tooth direction detection system is developed on the basis of the method. Based on the advantage of laser in measuring metal and reflective objects, the relative coordinate information of measuring points of gears is obtained by using laser triangulation. In order to obtain the information of all parts of the gear, combined with the circular motion of the air floatation table and the straight line movement of the precise electronic control elevator, the data scanning of the gear tooth direction was completed. In order to obtain the absolute coordinate value of the gear, a calibration algorithm for gear tooth orientation measurement is proposed, which is used to calculate the position relationship between the sensor and the gear indexing circle, so that the tooth direction measurement can be carried out. The results show that the method can meet the requirements of high precision nondestructive testing of gears in industry and can meet the requirements of gear accuracy classification. The measurement method proposed in this paper can be extended to other high precision measurement systems for metal reflective objects.
