熱處理工藝對超級馬氏體鋼逆變奧氏體的影響

【摘要】:試驗采用光學(xué)顯微鏡、X射線衍射儀(XRD)、透射電鏡(TEM)及能譜分析(EDS)等手段,研究不同鉻含量的超級馬氏體不銹鋼在相同熱處理工藝下逆變奧氏體含量、組織形貌及生長規(guī)律的異同。結(jié)果表明,13Cr和15Cr兩試驗鋼經(jīng)淬火+回火后的顯微組織為回火馬氏體和逆變奧氏體,兩試驗鋼中逆變奧氏體含量及尺寸均隨著回火溫度升高先增加再減小,且在650~700℃時達到最大。兩試驗鋼內(nèi)的逆變奧氏體在回溶過程中會對基體組織產(chǎn)生細化作用。通過對比發(fā)現(xiàn),15Cr鋼中的逆變奧氏體含量更多,尺寸更大,回溶時對基體的細化作用更明顯。
[Abstract]:By means of optical microscope X ray diffractometer, transmission electron microscope (TEM) and energy dispersive analysis (EDS), the contents of austenite, microstructure and growth law of super martensite stainless steel with different chromium content under the same heat treatment process were studied. The results show that the microstructure of the two test steels after quenching and tempering is tempering martensite and inverting austenite. The content and size of inverting austenite in the two test steels increase first and then decrease with the increase of tempering temperature, and reach the maximum at 650 ~ 700 鈩,
