靜液擠壓AZ80鎂合金管材耐腐蝕性能研究

【摘要】:靜液擠壓技術(shù)解決了常溫下鎂合金塑性變形加工困難的難題,可得到力學(xué)性能優(yōu)良的鎂合金管材,但是在實(shí)際應(yīng)用中,鎂合金易腐蝕的特性是制約其廣泛應(yīng)用的關(guān)鍵。本文對靜液擠壓AZ80鎂合金管材進(jìn)行了耐腐蝕性能研究,較為系統(tǒng)探究了靜液擠壓工藝對AZ80鎂合金腐蝕行為的影響以及熱處理工藝對靜液擠壓管材腐蝕行為的影響。選取靜液擠壓前、后,經(jīng)350℃熱處理1h、2h和4h等狀態(tài)AZ80鎂合金靜液擠壓管材進(jìn)行實(shí)驗(yàn)試樣的制備。采用金相顯微鏡分析了合金的組織,數(shù)碼相機(jī)記錄了合金浸泡腐蝕擴(kuò)展過程,掃描電鏡觀察了微觀腐蝕形貌,X射線衍射儀分析了腐蝕產(chǎn)物成分。采用失重腐蝕法計(jì)算了合金的腐蝕速度,根據(jù)Tafel直線外延法由極化曲線擬合了腐蝕電流密度,根據(jù)等效電路模擬法由電化學(xué)阻抗譜得到了交流阻抗擬合參數(shù)。通過大量實(shí)驗(yàn)研究發(fā)現(xiàn):(1)靜液擠壓使得AZ80鎂合金晶粒尺寸變小且變形不均勻,內(nèi)部存在大量的亞晶粒和位錯(cuò)。靜液擠壓制備的AZ80鎂合金管材的耐蝕性低于靜液擠壓前鎂合金的耐蝕性,表現(xiàn)為更嚴(yán)重的表面腐蝕形貌,更大的平均腐蝕速率和腐蝕電流密度以及更低的極化電阻。(2)退火熱處理使得靜液擠壓后的AZ80鎂合金晶粒發(fā)生再結(jié)晶,降低了位錯(cuò)密度,改變了合金的組織和成分分布。適當(dāng)?shù)臒崽幚砜梢愿纳旗o液擠壓AZ80鎂合金管材的耐腐蝕性能。另外,熱處理時(shí)間的長短會對合金的耐蝕性產(chǎn)生顯著影響,合金的耐腐蝕性能隨著熱處理時(shí)間的延長而降低。研究結(jié)果對下一步鎂合金熱流變成形的工藝和高性能復(fù)雜結(jié)構(gòu)零件的開發(fā)具有參考價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:Hydrostatic extrusion technology solves the difficult problem of plastic deformation processing of magnesium alloy at room temperature, and can obtain magnesium alloy pipe with excellent mechanical properties. However, the corrosion characteristics of magnesium alloy is the key to its wide application in practice. The corrosion resistance of AZ80 magnesium alloy tube by hydrostatic extrusion was studied in this paper. The effect of hydrostatic extrusion process on corrosion behavior of AZ80 magnesium alloy and the effect of heat treatment process on corrosion behavior of hydrostatic extrusion tube were studied systematically.
