電阻焊變壓器優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)及其控制技術(shù)的研究

【摘要】:電阻焊設(shè)備是焊接領(lǐng)域?qū)崿F(xiàn)焊接自動(dòng)化的重要設(shè)備。隨著工業(yè)的發(fā)展以及現(xiàn)代社會(huì)對(duì)產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量要求的不斷提高,對(duì)電阻焊設(shè)備性能和工藝提出了更高要求。但現(xiàn)有電阻焊設(shè)備功率因數(shù)較低,效率低,難以得到較好的焊接質(zhì)量。因此研究電阻焊變壓器設(shè)計(jì)及其控制技術(shù),對(duì)于提高焊機(jī)設(shè)備性能,保證焊接質(zhì)量具有重要意義。論文首先研究了電阻焊設(shè)備的電源裝置—變壓器的設(shè)計(jì)計(jì)算方法,建立了電阻焊變壓器的優(yōu)化數(shù)學(xué)模型,選取了電阻焊變壓器的設(shè)計(jì)成本作為目標(biāo)函數(shù),并將粒子群算法和循環(huán)遍歷法應(yīng)用于電阻焊變壓器的電磁優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì),編制了相關(guān)優(yōu)化程序。運(yùn)算結(jié)果表明采用優(yōu)化算法對(duì)電阻焊變壓器做優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)可以降低其制造成本。論文研究了電阻焊機(jī)變壓器的控制技術(shù),電阻焊控制系統(tǒng)包括主電路和控制電路。論文選擇晶閘管為主電路的電力開關(guān);設(shè)計(jì)了以單片機(jī)PIC18F4520為核心的控制系統(tǒng),采用模糊控制算法實(shí)現(xiàn)了焊接電流的恒流控制。仿真結(jié)果表明模糊控制方法較傳統(tǒng)PID方法對(duì)焊接電流超調(diào)量有較好的控制效果,可以提高焊件的焊接質(zhì)量。
[Abstract]:Resistance welding equipment is an important equipment to realize welding automation in welding field. With the development of industry and the continuous improvement of product quality in modern society, higher requirements have been put forward for the performance and process of resistance welding equipment. However, the existing resistance welding equipment has low power factor and low efficiency, so it is difficult to obtain better welding quality. Therefore, it is of great significance to study the design and control technology of resistance welding transformer for improving the performance of welding equipment and ensuring welding quality. Firstly, the paper studies the design and calculation method of the power supply device of resistance welding equipment-transformer, establishes the optimization mathematical model of resistance welding transformer, and selects the design cost of resistance welding transformer as the objective function. Particle swarm optimization algorithm and cyclic traversal method are applied to the electromagnetic optimization design of resistance welding transformer. The results show that the optimal design of resistance welding transformer can reduce the manufacturing cost. The control technology of resistance welding transformer is studied in this paper. The control system of resistance welding includes main circuit and control circuit. In this paper, the power switch with thyristor as the main circuit is selected, the control system based on PIC18F4520 is designed, and the constant current control of welding current is realized by fuzzy control algorithm. The simulation results show that the fuzzy control method has better control effect on the overshoot of welding current than the traditional pid method, and it can improve the welding quality of welding parts.
