元動作裝配單元誤差源及誤差傳遞模型研究

【摘要】:機械產品裝配誤差源和誤差傳遞規(guī)律分析,是裝配精度預測與控制的前提工作。在對數(shù)控機床進行結構化分解至元動作的基礎上,提出了元動作裝配單元的概念。針對元動作裝配單元層面影響裝配質量的因素,將裝配過程的誤差源分為位置誤差、形狀誤差、裝配位置誤差等五類誤差源;建立各類誤差源及其誤差評價的統(tǒng)計模型;分析誤差在零件間、零件內兩特征間的傳遞和相互作用,構建誤差傳遞鏈圖、誤差傳遞網(wǎng)絡對五種誤差源與配合誤差進行形象化表達。綜合誤差傳遞鏈接圖,建立面向整個產品誤差傳遞及裝配功能表達的裝配誤差網(wǎng)絡圖模型,為方便誤差傳遞網(wǎng)絡圖中各類誤差傳遞模型的計算與存儲,又進一步構建了面向整個產品裝配誤差傳遞的鏈接矩陣。以某加工中心連續(xù)分度轉臺蝸桿轉動元動作裝配單元裝配為例,驗證誤差源表達和誤差傳遞模型的有效性。
[Abstract]:The analysis of assembly error source and error transfer law of mechanical products is the premise of assembly precision prediction and control. Based on the structural decomposition to meta-action of NC machine tools, the concept of meta-action assembly unit is proposed. In view of the factors affecting assembly quality at the level of meta-action assembly unit, the error sources of assembly process are divided into five kinds of error sources, such as position error, shape error and assembly position error, and the statistical model of all kinds of error sources and their error evaluation are established. By analyzing the transfer and interaction of errors between parts and between the two features of parts, the error transfer chain diagram is constructed, and the five kinds of error sources and matching errors are visualized by error transfer network. In order to facilitate the calculation and storage of all kinds of error transfer models in error transfer network diagram, an assembly error network model oriented to the expression of the whole product error transfer and assembly function is established by synthesizing the error transfer link diagram. Furthermore, the link matrix for the whole product assembly error transfer is constructed. Taking the assembly unit of worm rotation element for a machining center as an example, the validity of error source representation and error transfer model is verified.
