【摘要】:采用正交實驗方法研究了注射溫度、注射壓力、注射速度、保壓壓力及其交互作用對超細(xì)WC-6Co硬質(zhì)合金注射成形坯質(zhì)量的影響。通過直觀分析和方差分析,比較了各因素影響注射坯質(zhì)量的顯著程度,優(yōu)化了注射成形參數(shù)。結(jié)果表明:注射溫度與注射壓力的交互作用、注射溫度與保壓壓力的交互作用、注射溫度和注射速度對注射坯密度的影響顯著;注射溫度與保壓壓力的交互作用、注射溫度與注射壓力的交互作用和注射速度對注射坯抗彎強(qiáng)度的影響顯著;臺階狀圓棒的最佳注射參數(shù)組合為注射溫度為100℃,注射壓力為60 MPa,注射速度為40%,保壓壓力為20 MPa。
[Abstract]:The effects of injection temperature, injection pressure, injection speed, pressure keeping pressure and their interaction on the quality of ultra-fine WC-6Co cemented carbide were studied by orthogonal experiment. By means of visual analysis and variance analysis, the influence of various factors on the quality of injection billet was compared, and the injection molding parameters were optimized.
