1060鋁釬縫耐腐蝕性分析

【摘要】:以1060純鋁作為母材,選取Zn-Al-Ag,Zn-Al,Sn-Zn,Zn-Cd-Ag等4種釬料,采用氧乙炔火焰釬焊工藝制備釬焊接頭,采用鹽浴浸泡方法加速腐蝕,分析了4種釬縫的耐腐蝕性.通過宏觀形貌觀察、極化曲線測試、失重分析和顯微組織觀測,綜合評價(jià)了釬縫的耐腐蝕性.結(jié)果表明,在所分析的3個(gè)合金系中,Zn-Al系釬料釬縫耐腐蝕性能較好,Zn-Cd-Ag釬縫耐腐蝕性次之,Sn-Zn釬縫的耐腐蝕性最差.對鹽浴腐蝕而言,Zn82Al13Ag5比Zn98Al更耐腐蝕.而對于電化學(xué)腐蝕而言,銀的加入能夠進(jìn)一步提高Zn-Al系釬料釬縫的耐腐蝕性能.
[Abstract]:Taking 1060 pure aluminum as base metal, four kinds of brazing metals Zn-Al-AgZn-Zn-Zn-Cd-Ag were selected. The brazing joints were prepared by oxyacetylene flame brazing process. The corrosion resistance of four brazing joints was analyzed by salt bath immersion method. The corrosion resistance of brazing seam was evaluated by macroscopic observation, polarization curve test, weightlessness analysis and microstructure observation. The results show that the corrosion resistance of Zn-Al brazing joint is better than that of Sn-Zn brazing seam. Zn82Al13Ag5 is more corrosion-resistant than Zn98Al for salt bath corrosion. For electrochemical corrosion, the addition of silver can further improve the corrosion resistance of Zn-Al brazing joints.
