718合金軸類鍛件徑向鍛造工藝模擬

【摘要】:利用Forge模擬軟件對(duì)718高溫合金在徑向鍛造過程中溫度場(chǎng)、等效塑性應(yīng)變場(chǎng)、最高溫度變化和散熱情況進(jìn)行了研究.在第一道次,坯料升溫集中在表面至距離心部1/2半徑處;第二道次后心部成為溫度最高部位,且心部溫度較之前趨于均勻,心部溫度最終比初始溫度升高約45℃;坯料最高溫度在徑向鍛造過程中先升高而后略微降低;在所有散熱形式中,熱輻射是坯料散熱的主要方式;對(duì)等效塑性應(yīng)變的模擬發(fā)現(xiàn),坯料在第二道次鍛造后已被鍛透.現(xiàn)場(chǎng)取樣觀察與模擬結(jié)果對(duì)比顯示,模擬結(jié)果具有可信性.
