【摘要】:將帶Al2O3涂層和無(wú)涂層的GH3535合金在FLiNaK熔鹽中進(jìn)行全浸腐蝕實(shí)驗(yàn),利用SEM,EDS,XRD等手段研究了有無(wú)Al2O3涂層的GH3535合金在熔鹽中的腐蝕行為.結(jié)果表明,有無(wú)涂層的GH3535合金在700℃的FLiNaK熔鹽中的腐蝕行為均表現(xiàn)出Cr,Mo的脫熔腐蝕特征,無(wú)涂層合金表現(xiàn)出顯著的沿晶腐蝕特征.Al2O3涂層并未提高合金的抗腐蝕性能,Al2O3涂層在FLiNaK熔鹽中發(fā)生了溶解,并與因Al2O3溶解脫落而裸露出來(lái)的合金表面形成腐蝕電池,從而加速了GH3535合金的腐蝕.
[Abstract]:The corrosion behavior of GH3535 alloy with or without Al _ 2O _ 3 coating in molten salt was studied by means of SEMMA-EDS- XRD and FLiNaK molten salt.
