【摘要】:采用金屬型重力鑄造工藝制備了Mg-Gd-Y-Zn-Zr耐熱稀土鎂合金發(fā)動機活塞,對充型和凝固過程中出現(xiàn)的各種缺陷進行分析,通過對成形工藝的改進消除了缺陷。結(jié)果表明,增大澆道的截面積,可以減少活塞的裙部、銷孔和補縮冒口產(chǎn)生的澆不足缺陷;增加活塞銷孔處壁厚,同時提高模具預(yù)熱溫度至250℃,可以減少活塞銷孔處及裙部冷隔缺陷;去除澆道附近的補縮冒口,可以減少夾渣及冷隔缺陷的產(chǎn)生。鑄態(tài)Mg-Gd-Y-Zn-Zr合金活塞本體組織中大量的第二相分布于晶界處,經(jīng)過T6處理后部分固溶到基體中,使T6處理后活塞裙部硬度(HV)可達到158。
[Abstract]:Mg-Gd-Y-Zn-Zr heat resistant rare-earth magnesium alloy engine piston was prepared by metal mold gravity casting process. The defects in filling and solidification were analyzed and the defects were eliminated by improving the forming process. The results show that increasing the cross section of the sprue can reduce the defects of the piston skirt, pin hole and feeding riser, increase the wall thickness of the piston pin hole, and increase the preheating temperature of the die to 250 鈩,
