電阻點(diǎn)焊工藝參數(shù)對(duì)高強(qiáng)鋼焊接性能的影響研究

【摘要】:為了滿足汽車行業(yè)的輕量化制造和強(qiáng)度需求,越來(lái)越多的高強(qiáng)鋼被運(yùn)用于車身結(jié)構(gòu)。車身結(jié)構(gòu)一般采用焊接方式進(jìn)行連接,電阻點(diǎn)焊因其成本低、易于控制、適于自動(dòng)焊接等特點(diǎn)成為了車身焊接中最廣泛使用的焊接方法。因此,電阻點(diǎn)焊質(zhì)量是保證白車車身整體強(qiáng)度極為重要的一環(huán),而點(diǎn)焊工藝參數(shù)的選取對(duì)點(diǎn)焊質(zhì)量的控制顯得尤為重要。本文選取點(diǎn)焊焊接三要素:焊接電流、焊接壓力、焊接時(shí)間作為研究對(duì)象,分析了這三個(gè)焊接工藝參數(shù)對(duì)高強(qiáng)鋼-低碳鋼焊接組合質(zhì)量的影響規(guī)律。采用拉伸實(shí)驗(yàn)和剪切實(shí)驗(yàn)測(cè)定點(diǎn)焊的抗拉強(qiáng)度和剪切強(qiáng)度,基于正交實(shí)驗(yàn)設(shè)計(jì)方法,采用極差分析和方差分析得到焊接三要素對(duì)電焊性能的影響規(guī)律和影響程度。采用顯微金相分析方法,研究了焊接工藝參數(shù)對(duì)點(diǎn)焊顯微金相組織的影響規(guī)律。結(jié)果表明:焊接電流、焊接壓力和焊接時(shí)間都需要維持在一個(gè)合適的水平,過(guò)大和過(guò)小都不利于形成良好的點(diǎn)焊形貌。另外,汽車車身上點(diǎn)焊的焊點(diǎn)布置形式對(duì)汽車總體的結(jié)構(gòu)強(qiáng)度和抗沖擊性能有著顯著的影響,本文基于有限元方法分析了不同的焊點(diǎn)分布形式對(duì)搭接構(gòu)件的強(qiáng)度的影響,得到了最優(yōu)的焊點(diǎn)布置形式并對(duì)其進(jìn)行了討論。
[Abstract]:In order to meet the demand of lightweight manufacturing and strength of automobile industry, more and more high-strength steels are used in body structure. The welding method is generally used to connect the body structure. The resistance spot welding has become the most widely used welding method in the body welding because of its low cost, easy to control, suitable for automatic welding and so on. Therefore, resistance spot welding quality is very important to ensure the overall strength of the white car body, and the selection of spot welding process parameters is particularly important to the control of spot welding quality. In this paper, three factors of spot welding: welding current, welding pressure and welding time are selected as the research object, and the influence of these three welding process parameters on the welding quality of high strength steel and low carbon steel is analyzed. The tensile strength and shear strength of spot welding were measured by tensile test and shear test. Based on the orthogonal design method, the influence law and degree of the three factors of welding on the welding properties were obtained by means of range analysis and variance analysis. The effect of welding parameters on the microstructure of spot welding was studied by means of metallographic analysis. The results show that the welding current, welding pressure and welding time need to be maintained at a suitable level, too large and too small are not conducive to the formation of a good spot welding morphology. In addition, the pattern of spot welding on the automobile body has a significant effect on the overall structural strength and impact resistance of the vehicle. This paper analyzes the influence of different distribution forms of solder joint on the strength of the lap member based on the finite element method. The optimal solder joint arrangement is obtained and discussed.
