熱處理對(duì)6061鋁合金組織與性能的影響

【摘要】:通過控制固溶和時(shí)效溫度,用金相顯微鏡進(jìn)行組織觀察、維氏硬度測(cè)試儀進(jìn)行硬度檢測(cè),沖擊試驗(yàn)考察沖擊韌性,探討了熱處理工藝對(duì)6061鋁合金顯微組織與力學(xué)性能的影響。結(jié)果表明,6061鋁合金經(jīng)過固溶時(shí)效后,強(qiáng)韌性得到明顯提高。綜合比較得到,6061鋁合金在535℃固溶保溫4 h,隨后180℃時(shí)效3 h,獲得的組織和性能較好。
[Abstract]:By controlling the solution and aging temperature, observing the microstructure by metallographic microscope, testing the hardness by Vickers hardness tester and investigating the impact toughness by impact test, the effect of heat treatment on the microstructure and mechanical properties of 6061 aluminum alloy was discussed. The results showed that the strength and toughness of the alloy were obviously improved after solution aging.
