【摘要】:從換熱器實(shí)際問題出發(fā),分別回顧了化學(xué)鍍層強(qiáng)化凝結(jié)換熱、阻垢、耐蝕3個(gè)方面的研究進(jìn)展。在強(qiáng)化凝結(jié)換熱方面,闡述了以Ni-P化學(xué)鍍?yōu)榛A(chǔ)的界面表面能、鍍層非晶含量、溫度、壓力以及添加PTFE等物質(zhì)對(duì)在換熱界面形成滴狀凝結(jié)的影響。在化學(xué)鍍阻垢方面,介紹了污垢的生長(zhǎng)過程,討論了鍍層非晶含量、實(shí)驗(yàn)條件、梯度鍍層以及添加W、BN、Sn、Cu等元素對(duì)鍍層阻垢性能的影響。在化學(xué)鍍耐腐蝕研究方面,闡述了鍍層磷含量、梯度鍍層、表面活性劑、鍍液pH值、溫度以及添加Cu、PTFE等元素對(duì)鍍層抗腐蝕性能的影響。并根據(jù)實(shí)際生產(chǎn)情況,提出對(duì)鍍層強(qiáng)化凝結(jié)換熱、阻垢和耐腐蝕3個(gè)方面特性相互間的影響關(guān)系進(jìn)行研究。同時(shí)提出,為了推進(jìn)鍍層技術(shù)工業(yè)化發(fā)展,還應(yīng)解決鍍層長(zhǎng)效性的問題。
[Abstract]:Based on the practical problems of heat exchangers, the progress in strengthening condensation heat transfer, scale inhibition and corrosion resistance of electroless coatings is reviewed. In the aspect of strengthening condensation heat transfer, the effect of Ni-P electroless plating on surface energy, amorphous content, temperature, pressure and addition of PTFE on the formation of droplet condensation at heat transfer interface was discussed. In the aspect of scale inhibition by electroless plating, the growth process of fouling was introduced, and the effects of amorphous content, experimental conditions, gradient coating and addition of WBN Sn-Cu on the scale inhibition performance of the coating were discussed. In the aspect of corrosion resistance of electroless plating, the effects of phosphorus content, gradient coating, surfactant, pH value of plating solution, temperature and addition of Cu-PTFE on the corrosion resistance of the coating were discussed. According to the actual production conditions, the relationship between the characteristics of enhanced condensation heat transfer, scale inhibition and corrosion resistance is studied. At the same time, in order to promote the industrialization of coating technology, the long-term effect of coating should be solved.
