花鍵軸振動擠壓成形試驗研究

【摘要】:針對花鍵軸擠壓成形制造效率低、模具所受載荷大的問題,采用了一種新的振動輔助擠壓成形工藝,并進行了花鍵軸成形試驗、微觀組織分析和硬度測試,揭示了成形載荷的主要影響因素及金屬流動規(guī)律。試驗設備為振動擠壓機床,采用模數為1.75、齒數為10的花鍵軸擠壓模具對直徑為17.9mm、材料為AISI1045A的棒料進行了振動擠壓成形試驗,模具每進給1mm便回程0.5mm,振動頻率分別取10、15和20Hz。結果表明:相比于直接擠壓,振動擠壓成形過程的成形力可降低將近25%,原因是在模具回程過程中潤滑油得以流入模具與坯料的接觸面,重新生成油膜,從而減小了摩擦力;在試驗頻率范圍內,成形載荷隨振動頻率的提高而增大;振動擠壓成形花鍵軸具有表面質量高、成形速度快、材料流動均勻的優(yōu)點,且沿軸向齒頂圓直徑變化小,成形精度高;與傳統(tǒng)的直接擠壓成形相比,振動擠壓成形花鍵軸齒型部位的硬度降低了近10%,有利于成形。
[Abstract]:Aiming at the problems of low manufacturing efficiency of spline shaft extrusion forming and large load on die, a new vibration-assisted extrusion forming process was adopted, and the forming test, microstructure analysis and hardness test of spline shaft were carried out. The main influencing factors of forming load and metal flow law are revealed. The test equipment is vibration extruding machine tool. The extrusion die of spline shaft with module 1.75 and tooth number 10 is used to test the vibration extrusion forming of bar material with diameter of 17.9 mm and material AISI 1045A. The die returns 0.5mm for each 1mm feed, and the vibration frequency is 1015 and 20Hz, respectively. The results show that the forming force of vibration extrusion process can be reduced by nearly 25% compared with that of direct extrusion. The reason is that the lubricating oil can flow into the contact surface of the die and the blank during the return process of the die, and the oil film can be formed again, thus reducing the friction force. In the range of test frequency, the forming load increases with the increase of vibration frequency, the spline shaft formed by vibration extrusion has the advantages of high surface quality, fast forming speed, uniform material flow, small change in the diameter of the top circle along the axial tooth, and high forming accuracy. Compared with traditional direct extrusion, the hardness of spline shaft profile in vibration extrusion is reduced by nearly 10%, which is beneficial to forming.
