磨料水射流加工去除模型研究

【摘要】:采用ANSYS Fluent對(duì)磨粒流場進(jìn)行瞬態(tài)CFD仿真,得到射流過程中磨粒的分布和速度;并研究射流加工區(qū)磨粒運(yùn)動(dòng)機(jī)制,研究表明,新型后混合式磨料水射流加工中磨粒很容易穿過射流加工的靜壓區(qū)直接與工件發(fā)生作用進(jìn)而去除材料。建立磨粒沖擊塑性材料的沖擊變形磨損模型,并結(jié)合Finnie塑性剪切磨損去除模型建立磨料水射流加工去除模型,模型表明,射流加工中心區(qū)域的材料去除量最高。根據(jù)新型后混合式磨料水射流系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行塑性材料的磨料水射流加工試驗(yàn),結(jié)果表明,射流加工中心區(qū)域材料去除最高,這是由于射流加工中心區(qū)域磨粒沖擊角度較大、磨粒速度較高,材料以沖擊變形磨損去除為主;遠(yuǎn)離射流沖擊中心區(qū)域材料去除較低,材料以剪切磨損去除為主,與磨料水射流加工去除模型是完全一致的,證實(shí)磨料水射流加工去除模型的正確性。
[Abstract]:The distribution and velocity of abrasive particles in the jet process are obtained by transient CFD simulation of the flow field of abrasive particles by ANSYS Fluent, and the motion mechanism of abrasive particles in the jet processing zone is studied. In the new type of post-mixed abrasive water jet machining, the abrasive particles can easily pass through the static pressure zone of the jet processing and directly interact with the workpiece and then remove the material. The impact deformation and wear model of abrasive impingement plastic materials and the Finnie plastic shear wear removal model are established. The model shows that the material removal rate is the highest in the central area of jet machining. According to the new type of post-mixed abrasive water jet system, the abrasive water jet processing test of plastic material is carried out. The results show that the material removal in the center of jet machining is the highest, which is due to the large impact angle of abrasive particles in the area of jet machining center. The abrasive particle velocity is higher, the material is mainly removed by impact deformation and wear, the material removed from the center of jet impingement is lower, and the material is mainly removed by shear wear, which is completely consistent with the removal model of abrasive water jet machining. It is proved that the removal model of abrasive water jet machining is correct.
