石油磺酸鋇對微波吸收涂層的耐腐蝕性能的影響

【摘要】:為提高羰基鐵粉微波吸收涂料的耐腐蝕性能,在微波吸收涂料配方中加入緩蝕劑石油磺酸鋇。利用中性鹽霧實驗方法研究石油磺酸鋇加入量對涂層抗鹽霧性能的影響,分析石油磺酸鋇對提高涂層耐鹽霧性能的防腐機理,考察石油磺酸鋇加入量對涂層力學性能以及微波吸收性能的影響。結果表明,當石油磺酸鋇加入量為4.2%(質量分數)時,所制備的涂層的抗鹽霧性能有明顯提高,在涂層被腐蝕面積為0.1%~0.25%,外觀評級為八級時,涂層的鹽霧暴露時間達到210h,涂層附著力為4.3MPa,同時涂層的寬頻微波吸收性能基本不變。
[Abstract]:In order to improve the corrosion resistance of carbonyl iron powder microwave absorbing coatings, the corrosion inhibitor barium petroleum sulfonate was added to the formulation of microwave absorbing coatings. The effect of the amount of barium petroleum sulfonate on the salt spray resistance of the coating was studied by neutral salt spray test. The anti-corrosion mechanism of barium petroleum sulfonate on improving the salt fog resistance of the coating was analyzed. The effects of barium petroleum sulfonic acid addition on the mechanical properties and microwave absorption properties of the coatings were investigated. The results showed that the salt spray resistance of the coating was obviously improved when the content of barium petroleum sulfonate was 4.2 (mass fraction). When the corrosion area of the coating was 0.1 / 0.25 and the appearance rating was eight grades, The salt spray exposure time of the coating is 210 h, the adhesion of the coating is 4.3 MPA, and the microwave absorption property of the coating is almost unchanged.
