ZM5合金石膏型反重力鑄造薄壁件成形研究

【摘要】:將石膏型熔模鑄造和反重力鑄造工藝相結(jié)合進行鎂合金鑄造,研究了充型壓力對ZM5鎂合金石膏型薄壁件成形及鑄態(tài)組織和力學性能影響,結(jié)果表明,最佳成型壓力為40kPa時,鑄件成形較好,鎂合金鑄態(tài)力學性能最佳,試樣抗拉強度為(192±5)MPa,延伸率為(1.5±0.2)%。生產(chǎn)結(jié)果證明,鑄型預熱溫度330~350℃,鎂合金澆注溫度730~750℃,成型壓力35~40kPa,能夠滿足鎂合金薄壁件成形要求。
[Abstract]:The influence of mold filling pressure on the forming and casting structure and mechanical properties of ZM5 magnesium alloy gypsum type thin - walled parts was studied by combining gypsum - type investment casting with counter - gravity casting . The results show that the optimum forming pressure is 40 kPa , the mechanical properties of the cast alloy are better , the tensile strength of the samples is ( 192 鹵 5 ) MPa , and the elongation is ( 1.5 鹵 0.2 ) % . The results show that the cast - type preheating temperature is 330 锝,
