金屬切屑回收再利用的研究與應(yīng)用現(xiàn)狀探討

【摘要】:金屬切屑在擠壓過(guò)程中發(fā)生強(qiáng)塑性變形,使得金屬切屑內(nèi)部產(chǎn)生較大的塑性應(yīng)變,原本分離的金屬切屑密實(shí)的結(jié)合在一起,并具有較好的力學(xué)性能及使用價(jià)值。常用的擠壓方式有平模擠壓、等通道轉(zhuǎn)角擠壓、分流組合模擠壓、摩擦擠壓等多種方式。綜述金屬切屑回收再利用直接轉(zhuǎn)換法的研究現(xiàn)狀,詳細(xì)介紹了直接轉(zhuǎn)換法中不同擠壓工藝及其應(yīng)用領(lǐng)域。另外,金屬切屑的特殊應(yīng)用,如泡沫鋁及強(qiáng)化空心磚等方式的提出,拓展了金屬切屑回收再利用的應(yīng)用范圍,利用效率更高。
[Abstract]:The metal chips have strong plastic deformation during the extrusion process, which makes the metal chip produce large plastic strain. The original separated metal chips are combined together, and have better mechanical properties and use value. The common extrusion methods include flat die extrusion, equal channel corner extrusion, shunt combined die extrusion, friction extrusion and so on. The research status of metal chip recycling and reusing direct conversion method is reviewed, and the different extrusion technology and its application fields in direct conversion are introduced in detail. In addition, the special application of metal chip, such as foam aluminum and reinforced hollow brick, extends the application range of metal chip recycling and reuse, and uses more efficiency. High.
