一種不銹鋼噴管鑄件的熔模精密鑄造工藝

【摘要】:起動(dòng)噴管為某型號(hào)渦扇發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)啟動(dòng)時(shí)的關(guān)鍵部件,采用鉻-鎳奧氏體不銹鋼1Cr18Ni9Ti整體精密鑄造而成。鑄件結(jié)構(gòu)具有空間性,并且內(nèi)部為空心管道,噴口的角度和位置限定嚴(yán)格,因而必須采用陶芯成形和合理的澆注工藝,避免疏松、裂紋等缺陷。同時(shí)陶芯必須具有良好的性能,避免鑄件產(chǎn)生氣孔和脫芯困難現(xiàn)象。形狀控制方面采用獨(dú)特的組合測(cè)具來(lái)進(jìn)行鑄件的形狀檢測(cè)和冷矯形。通過(guò)鑄造工藝的優(yōu)化,保證了冶金質(zhì)量,提高了鑄件合格率。
[Abstract]:The starting nozzle is a key component of a turbofan engine. It is made of Cr-Ni austenitic stainless steel 1Cr18Ni9Ti. The structure of castings is spacial, and the inner part is hollow pipe, and the angle and position of nozzle are strictly limited. Therefore, ceramic core forming and reasonable pouring technology must be adopted to avoid defects such as porosity and crack. At the same time, the ceramic core must have good properties to avoid the formation of porosity and the difficult phenomenon of core removal. In the aspect of shape control, a unique combination tool is used to detect the shape of castings and to make cold orthosis. Through the optimization of casting process, the metallurgical quality is guaranteed and the qualified rate of castings is improved.
