鈦合金表面化學(xué)轉(zhuǎn)化膜的制備及成膜機(jī)理研究

【摘要】:本文針對(duì)鈦合金與有機(jī)涂層結(jié)合性能差的問題,研究了鈦合金表面化學(xué)轉(zhuǎn)化膜的制備工藝。根據(jù)選定的轉(zhuǎn)化液基礎(chǔ)配方,以轉(zhuǎn)化膜膜重、轉(zhuǎn)化膜與漆膜的結(jié)合力為評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo),采用正交試驗(yàn)及單因素試驗(yàn)對(duì)轉(zhuǎn)化液成分、轉(zhuǎn)化工藝進(jìn)行了優(yōu)化;通過電位-時(shí)間曲線對(duì)轉(zhuǎn)化膜生長過程進(jìn)行了研究;在鈦合金化學(xué)轉(zhuǎn)化過程中,以轉(zhuǎn)化液中磷酸根離子和氟離子的消耗量為指標(biāo)調(diào)整轉(zhuǎn)化液;采用SEM、EDS、XRD研究分析化學(xué)轉(zhuǎn)化膜的表面形貌和成分,結(jié)果表明:在Na3PO4·12H2O 40 g/L,NaF 20 g/L,酸度調(diào)節(jié)劑25mL/L,p H值4.4~4.8,溫度30℃條件下,對(duì)TC1鈦合金轉(zhuǎn)化處理6min,對(duì)TC4鈦合金轉(zhuǎn)化處理8min可以分別在其基體上獲得一種灰黑色均勻的膜層,該化學(xué)轉(zhuǎn)化膜經(jīng)過100℃烘干處理30min后可進(jìn)一步提高其與漆膜的結(jié)合力。測試結(jié)果表明:TC1、TC4鈦合金化學(xué)轉(zhuǎn)化膜試樣與航空常用漆TB06-9底漆干法結(jié)合力、濕法結(jié)合力分別達(dá)到0級(jí)、1級(jí);TC1、TC4鈦合金表面化學(xué)轉(zhuǎn)化膜試樣分別通過了120h、144h鹽霧實(shí)驗(yàn);TC1化學(xué)轉(zhuǎn)化膜試樣的含氫量較基體增加了25.86 ppm,TC4增加了4.28ppm,二者均小于30ppm,滿足鈦合金零件使用規(guī)定;該化學(xué)轉(zhuǎn)化工藝處理不會(huì)損傷鈦合金的疲勞性能,甚至還略有提高。本文確定了連續(xù)加工過程中化學(xué)轉(zhuǎn)化槽液中主要成分PO43-、F-、總酸度及Ti4+的分析及補(bǔ)加方法,并進(jìn)行了生產(chǎn)驗(yàn)證。Na3PO4、Ti4+含量變化均可通過分光光度法測定;NaF濃度變化可采用直接電位法分析;總酸度變化可以通過酸堿滴定法確定。電位-時(shí)間曲線表明:轉(zhuǎn)化45s之后轉(zhuǎn)化液中Ti4+濃度上升到轉(zhuǎn)化膜生長所需濃度,轉(zhuǎn)化膜開始生長;隨著Ti4+的消耗生長速度開始下降,600s后膜層生長溶解達(dá)到平衡,膜層不再生長,這與測試得到的膜層生長速率曲線相符合。SEM結(jié)果表明:鈦合金化學(xué)轉(zhuǎn)化膜由許多細(xì)小的球狀晶粒組成,膜層結(jié)晶均勻、晶粒大小相近,同時(shí)晶粒之間存在微小的間隙。此結(jié)構(gòu)既能保證膜層具有良好的表面形態(tài),同時(shí)微間隙的存在有助于提高化學(xué)轉(zhuǎn)化膜與漆膜的結(jié)合力;XRD結(jié)果顯示:轉(zhuǎn)化膜出現(xiàn)了大量的Na3TiOF5相和Na2TiF6相,且Na3TiOF5相衍射峰的數(shù)量和峰值高于Na2TiF6相,即膜層中Na3TiOF5相含量略高。
[Abstract]:In order to solve the problem of poor bonding property between titanium alloy and organic coating, the preparation process of chemical conversion film on titanium alloy surface was studied in this paper. According to the basic formula of conversion liquid, the composition and process of conversion solution were optimized by orthogonal test and single factor test, with the weight of conversion film and the binding force of conversion film and paint film as evaluation index. In the process of chemical transformation of titanium alloy, the consumption of phosphate ion and fluorine ion in the transformation solution was taken as the index to adjust the conversion solution. The surface morphology and composition of the chemical conversion film were studied by means of Na3PO4 12H2O EDSX XRD. The results showed that under the conditions of Na3PO4 12H2O 40 g / L NAF 20 g / L, acidity regulator 25 mL / L P H 4. 4 4. 8 and temperature 30 鈩,
