含銅高氮無鎳奧氏體不銹鋼的時效處理工藝

【摘要】:采用00Cr18Mn18Mo2N高氮無鎳奧氏體不銹鋼作為試驗材料,以銅作為其抗菌元素,研究了改性材料的時效處理工藝、顯微組織、抗菌性能和耐蝕性.結(jié)果表明,含銅的高氮無鎳奧氏體不銹鋼在700~900℃進行1~24 h時效處理,氮化鉻的析出量隨著時效溫度升高和時效時間延長而增加.該鋼經(jīng)800℃時效處理1 h后可改善細菌黏附狀況,但抗菌性能較弱,同時析出的氮化鉻會明顯損害耐蝕性,時效時間越長,耐蝕性受損越嚴重.開發(fā)銅合金化高氮無鎳奧氏體抗菌不銹鋼時,應從抗菌性和耐蝕性兩方面綜合考慮以優(yōu)化時效處理工藝.
[Abstract]:The aging treatment, microstructure, antibacterial properties and corrosion resistance of the modified 00Cr18Mn18Mo2N high nitrogen nickel free austenitic stainless steel were studied by using copper as the antibacterial element and 00Cr18Mn18Mo2N high nitrogen free austenitic stainless steel as the experimental material. The results show that the amount of chromium nitride precipitation increases with the increase of aging temperature and aging time at 700 鈩,
