激光表面處理對(duì)316不銹鋼微觀組織和性能的影響

【摘要】:本文采用二輥軋機(jī)和激光處理設(shè)備對(duì)316不銹鋼進(jìn)行冷軋和激光表面處理,通過(guò)金相、X射線衍射、硬度及電化學(xué)等方法探究激光處理對(duì)固溶態(tài)和冷軋態(tài)316不銹鋼微觀組織和性能的影響。研究結(jié)果表明:316不銹鋼經(jīng)過(guò)冷軋后顯微硬度隨著軋制變形量的增加逐漸增大,軋制變形量50%時(shí)組織中出現(xiàn)形變誘發(fā)馬氏體,此后變形量增大馬氏體含量增多。冷軋使得316不銹鋼的點(diǎn)蝕電位下降,增大了其晶間腐蝕敏感性,但是點(diǎn)蝕發(fā)生后鈍化膜的修復(fù)能力增強(qiáng)。固溶態(tài)316不銹鋼經(jīng)過(guò)激光處理后晶粒內(nèi)部發(fā)生滑移,隨激光處理溫度升高和次數(shù)增大,層錯(cuò)概率、位錯(cuò)密度、微應(yīng)變及顯微硬度增大,但孿晶概率和微晶尺寸下降,晶粒內(nèi)部形成了許多小角度晶界。激光處理降低了固溶態(tài)316不銹鋼的點(diǎn)蝕電位,但增強(qiáng)了點(diǎn)蝕發(fā)生時(shí)鈍化膜的修復(fù)能力,固溶316不銹鋼激光處理后的晶間腐蝕敏感性增大。冷軋態(tài)(變形量80%)316不銹鋼經(jīng)過(guò)激光處理后發(fā)生了馬氏體向奧氏體的逆轉(zhuǎn)變。隨激光處理的溫度升高和次數(shù)增大,層錯(cuò)概率、位錯(cuò)密度、微應(yīng)變和微晶尺寸減小,激光處理區(qū)的顯微硬度下降。激光處理提高了冷軋態(tài)316不銹鋼的點(diǎn)蝕電位但使鈍化膜的修復(fù)能力減弱,經(jīng)過(guò)激光處理后冷軋態(tài)不銹鋼的晶間腐蝕敏感性降低。
[Abstract]:In this paper, the cold rolling and laser surface treatment of 316 stainless steel were carried out by two high rolling mill and laser treatment equipment, and the X-ray diffraction of 316 stainless steel was carried out by metallographic X-ray diffraction. The effect of laser treatment on microstructure and properties of 316 stainless steel in solid solution and cold rolled state was investigated by means of hardness and electrochemistry. The results show that after cold rolling, the microhardness increases gradually with the increase of rolling deformation, and the deformation induced martensite appears in the microstructure at the rolling deformation rate of 50 and the content of martensite increases thereafter. Cold rolling decreases the pitting potential of 316 stainless steel and increases its sensitivity to intergranular corrosion, but the repair ability of the passivation film increases after pitting. After laser treatment, the grain slip occurs in 316 stainless steel. With the increase of temperature and times of laser treatment, the probability of stacking fault, dislocation density, microstrain and microhardness increase, but the twin probability and microcrystalline size decrease. Many small angle grain boundaries are formed inside the grains. Laser treatment reduced the pitting potential of the solution 316 stainless steel, but enhanced the repair ability of the passivation film during the pitting corrosion. The intergranular corrosion sensitivity of the laser treated 316 stainless steel was increased. After laser treatment, the reverse transformation of martensite to austenite occurred in cold-rolled stainless steel (80 and 316 stainless steel). With the increase of temperature and times of laser treatment, the probability of stacking fault, dislocation density, microstrain and microcrystalline size decrease, and the microhardness of laser treatment region decreases. The pitting potential of cold-rolled 316 stainless steel was increased by laser treatment, but the repair ability of passivation film was weakened, and the intergranular corrosion sensitivity of cold-rolled stainless steel decreased after laser treatment.
