【摘要】:采用X射線衍射和室溫拉伸方法研究了冷軋變形和固溶處理對(duì)Ti-26Nb-4Zr合金板材的織構(gòu)和力學(xué)性能的影響.研究發(fā)現(xiàn),50%冷軋時(shí)形成了{(lán)001}〈uvw〉織構(gòu),隨著冷變形量的增加,逐漸形成了{(lán)121}〈111〉和{001}〈110〉混合織構(gòu),〈110〉方向由與軋制方向垂直轉(zhuǎn)到與軋制方向平行.800℃固溶處理后,隨著變形量的增加,{111}〈110〉再結(jié)晶織構(gòu)形成并逐漸增強(qiáng),但〈110〉方向始終保持與軋制方向平行.由于加工硬化及晶粒細(xì)化的作用,導(dǎo)致隨著變形量增加,冷軋板材的強(qiáng)度逐漸提高,塑性降低.固溶處理后,由于發(fā)生再結(jié)晶,使得板材的塑性相比冷軋態(tài)明顯提高.
[Abstract]:The effects of cold rolling and solution treatment on the texture and mechanical properties of Ti-26Nb-4Zr alloy sheet were studied by means of X-ray diffraction and room temperature tensile method. It was found that {001} < uvw > texture was formed during 50% cold rolling. With the increase of cold deformation amount, the {} < 111> and {001} < 110> mixed textures were gradually formed, and the < 110> direction changed vertically from the rolling direction to the solution treatment parallel to the rolling direction at .800 鈩,
