工藝參數(shù)對7075鋁合金板材時效成形性的影響

【摘要】:為評價7075鋁合金板材的可時效成形性并掌握最佳的時效成形工藝參數(shù),基于機械加載時效成形試驗工裝,開展了時效溫度和時間對7075鋁合金板材時效成形后構件力學性能和物理性能影響的試驗研究.結果表明:7075鋁合金板材的時效成形性與工藝參數(shù)密切相關,隨著時效溫度和時間的增大,板材的電導率呈升高趨勢,而其拉伸性能則呈降低趨勢;且合金的拉伸斷裂方式與時效狀態(tài)有關,過時效初期以沿晶韌窩和穿晶韌窩混合型斷裂為主,隨著過時效進行主要為韌窩斷裂.綜合考慮構件時效成形后拉伸性能和電導率等情況,合金最佳時效溫度為180℃,且保溫時間不宜長于16 h.
[Abstract]:In order to evaluate the aging formability of 7075 aluminum alloy sheet and master the best aging forming process parameters, based on mechanical loading aging forming test tool, The effects of aging temperature and time on mechanical and physical properties of 7075 aluminum alloy sheet were studied. The results show that the aging formability of the W7075 aluminum alloy sheet is closely related to the process parameters. With the increase of aging temperature and time, the conductivity of the sheet increases and the tensile property decreases. The tensile fracture mode of the alloy is related to the aging state. The mixed fracture of intergranular dimple and transgranular dimple is dominant at the early stage of overaging, and the dimple fracture is the main one with the overaging.
