真空吸鑄過程中TiAl合金熔體流動狀態(tài)

【摘要】:利用數(shù)值模擬和實驗相結(jié)合的方法,對金屬型底澆式真空吸鑄過程中合金熔體的射流寬度、反向充填位置和反向充填區(qū)域等流動狀態(tài)進行研究,并優(yōu)化了工藝參數(shù)。研究表明,隨著吸口直徑尺寸增加,金屬液的射流寬度增大,反向充填位置從底部向上部移動,且充填區(qū)域也發(fā)生了相應的轉(zhuǎn)變,當吸口直徑為4mm時,射流寬度和型腔寬度一致,反向充填消失。當吸口直徑為4mm,澆注溫度為1620℃時,獲得了充型完整的TiAl基合金薄板件,鑄件鑄態(tài)組織晶粒細小,平均尺寸小于50μm,為全片層組織。
[Abstract]:By means of numerical simulation and experiment, the flow states such as jet width, reverse filling position and reverse filling area of alloy melt during the vacuum suction casting process of metal bottom casting were studied, and the process parameters were optimized. The results show that with the increase of suction diameter, the width of liquid metal jet increases, the reverse filling position moves from the bottom to the top, and the filling area changes accordingly.
