陽(yáng)極氧化工藝對(duì)6061鋁合金草酸氧化膜耐磨耐蝕性的影響

【摘要】:為改善6061鋁合金的表面耐磨性能和耐蝕性能,利用陽(yáng)極氧化技術(shù)在草酸電解液中制備了陽(yáng)極氧化膜。采用顯微硬度儀測(cè)試了膜層的顯微硬度,利用摩擦磨損試驗(yàn)機(jī)(CSEM)研究陽(yáng)極氧化膜的摩擦性能,利用電化學(xué)阻抗譜(EIS)分析氧化膜的抗腐蝕性能。研究了陽(yáng)極氧化電流密度、電解液溫度以及陽(yáng)極氧化時(shí)間對(duì)氧化膜的硬度、耐磨性及耐蝕性的影響規(guī)律,給出綜合性能較好的陽(yáng)極氧化工藝參數(shù):電解液為40 g·L-1的草酸,陽(yáng)極氧化溫度為10℃,陽(yáng)極氧化電流密度為1.0 A·dm-2,陽(yáng)極氧化時(shí)間為120 min。
[Abstract]:In order to improve the surface wear resistance and corrosion resistance of 6061 aluminum alloy, anodic oxide film was prepared in oxalic acid electrolyte by anodizing technology. The microhardness of the film was measured by microhardness tester, the friction and wear properties of anodic oxide film were studied by friction and wear tester, and the corrosion resistance of anodic oxide film was analyzed by electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS). The effects of anodizing current density, electrolyte temperature and anodizing time on the hardness, wear resistance and corrosion resistance of the oxide film were studied.
