一體式氣動夾具的優(yōu)化設計與研究

【摘要】:本文是對一體式氣動夾具進行機構(gòu)和結(jié)構(gòu)的優(yōu)化設計:完成了一體式氣動夾具連桿機構(gòu)的設計,同時對其工作特性進行了分析,為一體式氣動夾具在白車身焊裝領域的廣泛應用提供理論依據(jù)及為近似機構(gòu)的設計和性能分析提供參考;完成了對夾臂元件的輕量化設計,并比較了優(yōu)化前后的性能差異,為一體式氣動夾具其它零部件設計提供參考;完成了氣缸部分的流場分析,為氣口位置及活塞結(jié)構(gòu)設計提出了合理的建議。 本文通過使用Matlab軟件完成了對一體式氣動夾具連桿機構(gòu)的設計及其工作特性的分析,分析得到了連桿和遙桿的合理長度,夾臂打開角度可調(diào),且在最大夾緊力矩下,夾具具有可靠性較高的自鎖功能。使用ANSYS軟件對夾臂進行拓撲優(yōu)化設計、應力分析和變形分析,通過軟件中拓撲優(yōu)化模塊分析得到了在滿足一定約束的條件下,最優(yōu)結(jié)構(gòu)的夾臂模型,同時運用軟件中應力分析模塊,比較了優(yōu)化前后夾臂模型的應力分布和位移分布情況,從而提出了更優(yōu)化夾臂模型。使用GAMBIT軟件對簡化后的氣缸模型進行了網(wǎng)格劃分,使用流體動力學FLUENT軟件,對其進行了流體仿真分析,分析出了流體內(nèi)部活塞附近的流場分布以及活塞的受力情況;最后對一體式氣動夾具進行了研究展望,指出了一體式氣動夾具還有待發(fā)展的方面。全文都是圍繞著一體式氣動夾具進行研究分析,對提高我國焊裝夾具的自動化和柔性化以及促進我國汽車工藝裝備的自主研發(fā)水平具有相當重要的意義。
[Abstract]:In this paper, the optimization design of the mechanism and structure of the integrated pneumatic fixture is carried out: the design of the linkage mechanism of the integrated pneumatic fixture is completed, and the working characteristics of the mechanism are analyzed. It provides the theoretical basis for the wide application of the integrated pneumatic fixture in the field of welding and assembling of the white body, and provides a reference for the design and performance analysis of the approximate mechanism, completes the lightweight design of the clamping arm element, and compares the performance differences before and after the optimization. This paper provides a reference for the design of other parts of the integrated pneumatic fixture, completes the flow field analysis of the cylinder part, and puts forward some reasonable suggestions for the position of the air port and the design of the piston structure. In this paper, by using Matlab software, the design and working characteristics of the integrated pneumatic fixture linkage mechanism are analyzed. The reasonable length of the connecting rod and the remote rod, the adjustable opening angle of the clamping arm and the maximum clamping moment are obtained. Fixture has high reliability of self-locking function. By using ANSYS software to carry on topology optimization design, stress analysis and deformation analysis, through the analysis of topology optimization module in the software, the optimal structure of the clip arm model is obtained under the condition of satisfying certain constraints. At the same time, the stress distribution and displacement distribution of the pre-and post-optimization sandwich arm model are compared by using the stress analysis module in the software, and a more optimized sandwich arm model is proposed. The simplified cylinder model is meshed with GAMBIT software, and the fluid simulation analysis is carried out by using FLUENT software of fluid dynamics, and the flow field distribution near the piston in the fluid and the force acting on the piston are analyzed. Finally, the research prospect of integrated pneumatic fixture is discussed, and the development of integrated pneumatic fixture is pointed out. This paper is focused on the research and analysis of integrated pneumatic fixture, which is of great significance to improve the automation and flexibility of welding fixture in China and to promote the independent R & D level of automobile process equipment in China.
