機械振動對AlSi9Cu3亞快速凝固組織的影響

【摘要】:在Al Si9Cu3合金振動凝固過程中施加循環(huán)冷卻水模擬振動式雙輥鑄軋工藝凝固過程,研究了在亞快速凝固條件下振動參數(shù)(振幅和振頻)對凝固組織的影響。結(jié)果表明,通過控制振動參數(shù)可有效細(xì)化芯部等軸晶并擴大等軸晶所占截面比例。當(dāng)振幅為0.5 mm、振頻為25 Hz時效果最佳,芯部等軸晶平均直徑為0.2 mm,等軸晶所占截面比例高達(dá)80%。試驗結(jié)果為振動式雙輥鑄軋生產(chǎn)工藝提供了有效參考。
[Abstract]:In the process of vibration solidification of Al Si9Cu3 alloy, the solidification process of simulated double roll casting rolling process is applied. The effect of vibration parameters (amplitude and vibration frequency) on the solidification structure under the condition of subrapid solidification is studied. The results show that the ratio of the equiaxed grains and the proportion of the equiaxed grains can be expanded effectively by controlling the vibration parameters. When the amplitude is 0.5 mm and the vibration frequency is 25 Hz, the result is the best, the average diameter of the core equiaxed crystal is 0.2 mm, the proportion of the cross section of the equiaxial crystal up to the 80%. test result is an effective reference for the vibrating double roll casting production process.
