回火溫度對(duì)高溫淬火態(tài)8CrMoV軋輥鋼組織和性能的影響

【摘要】:對(duì)高溫淬火態(tài)的8CrMoV軋輥鋼進(jìn)行不同溫度回火處理,分析了回火溫度對(duì)高溫淬火后的8CrMoV軋輥鋼的組織、顯微硬度以及耐磨性的影響。結(jié)果表明:不同回火溫度條件下,高溫淬火態(tài)的8CrMoV鋼的組織形貌、顯微硬度及耐磨性具有較大的差異。隨回火溫度的升高,逐漸由粗大的板條狀回火馬氏體轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)榧?xì)小的回火馬氏體及回火索氏體,顯微硬度逐漸降低,當(dāng)回火溫度達(dá)到600℃時(shí),硬度明顯降低,出現(xiàn)軟化現(xiàn)象,但其耐磨性并不是嚴(yán)格的與硬度成正比關(guān)系,當(dāng)回火溫度為550℃時(shí),其耐磨性最高。
[Abstract]:The effect of tempering temperature on the microstructure, microhardness and wear resistance of 8CrMoV roll steel after high temperature quenching was analyzed. The results show that the microstructure, microhardness and wear resistance of quenched 8CrMoV steel are different at different tempering temperatures. With the increase of tempering temperature, the tempering martensite gradually changed from the coarse strip tempered martensite to the fine tempered martensite and tempered solids, and the microhardness decreased gradually.
