回轉(zhuǎn)類刀具電解鈍化機(jī)理研究及相關(guān)實(shí)驗(yàn)平臺的研制

【摘要】:很多研究都曾證明適當(dāng)?shù)拟g化刀具能增加其使用壽命并可提高工件的加工質(zhì)量。本文基于刃口電解強(qiáng)化技術(shù)的基本理論,設(shè)計了一種參數(shù)自適應(yīng)的回轉(zhuǎn)類刀具刃口強(qiáng)化設(shè)備。并提出了一種適用于微型控制器,并能可靠計算電解過程中消耗總電量的計算方法。對M8高速鋼絲錐進(jìn)行了電解強(qiáng)化處理,通過顯微照片明顯可以看到絲錐表面被拋光。分析絲錐切削過程中的力和扭矩對攻絲加工工藝參數(shù)及絲錐本身的研究有很重要的作用。通過科學(xué)的實(shí)驗(yàn)方法采集數(shù)據(jù),可以直觀看到加工過程中力和扭矩的變化,從而分析出不同條件下對加工過程的影響,進(jìn)而改進(jìn)絲錐或相關(guān)工藝并提高生產(chǎn)率。本文基于LabVIEW虛擬儀器技術(shù)開發(fā)了一套絲錐切削力和扭矩測量系統(tǒng),以M8高速鋼絲錐為研究對象,詳細(xì)介紹了系統(tǒng)的組成結(jié)構(gòu)與使用方法。通過相關(guān)實(shí)驗(yàn)證明了系統(tǒng)工作可靠且測量數(shù)據(jù)準(zhǔn)確。該套系統(tǒng)已經(jīng)在絲錐切削相關(guān)實(shí)驗(yàn)中取得了成功的應(yīng)用。本課題的研究受到國家自然科學(xué)基金“面向多質(zhì)量特性一體化控制高速鋼絲錐制造理論與工藝研究”的資助,項(xiàng)目編號為:51275333。
[Abstract]:Many researches have proved that proper passivating tool can increase its service life and improve the machining quality of workpiece. Based on the basic theory of edge electrolysis strengthening technology, a kind of self-adaptive rotary tool edge strengthening equipment is designed in this paper. A method for calculating the total electricity consumption in the electrolysis process is presented, which is suitable for the microcontroller and can be used to calculate the total electricity consumption in the electrolysis process. The M 8 high speed steel tap was electrochemically strengthened and the surface of the tap was obviously polished. The analysis of the force and torque in tap cutting is very important to the research of tapping process parameters and tap itself. The change of force and torque in machining process can be seen directly by collecting data by scientific experimental method, and the influence on machining process under different conditions can be analyzed, and then the tap or related technology can be improved and the productivity can be increased. Based on LabVIEW virtual instrument technology, a tap cutting force and torque measuring system is developed in this paper. Taking M8 high speed steel tap as the research object, the structure and application method of the system are introduced in detail. The experimental results show that the system is reliable and accurate. The system has been successfully applied in taps cutting experiments.
