鋼球全表面展開(kāi)機(jī)構(gòu)模型建立及其運(yùn)動(dòng)分析

【摘要】:針對(duì)鏡面鋼球缺陷檢測(cè)裝置中的球體全表面展開(kāi)問(wèn)題,建立展開(kāi)機(jī)構(gòu)接觸模型并對(duì)球體運(yùn)動(dòng)進(jìn)行分析,證明展開(kāi)機(jī)構(gòu)結(jié)構(gòu)合理可行。首先由坐標(biāo)變換建立數(shù)學(xué)模型,基于Matlab對(duì)模型空間接觸位置進(jìn)行計(jì)算,將展開(kāi)運(yùn)動(dòng)合理簡(jiǎn)化,得到鋼球和展開(kāi)輪之間轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)的同步關(guān)系;其次,對(duì)展開(kāi)運(yùn)動(dòng)過(guò)程進(jìn)行等效變換,尋找傳動(dòng)過(guò)程中能使鋼球穩(wěn)定展開(kāi)的最優(yōu)參數(shù)關(guān)系;最后,依據(jù)迭代法對(duì)球面上點(diǎn)的運(yùn)動(dòng)軌跡進(jìn)行數(shù)值仿真,獲得其具體規(guī)律為偏角固定的螺旋線。最終結(jié)果表明展開(kāi)機(jī)構(gòu)能夠?qū)崿F(xiàn)球體的全表面展開(kāi)。
[Abstract]:In order to solve the problem of the full-surface expansion of spherical body in the device for detecting the defects of steel ball on mirror surface, the contact model of the unfolding mechanism is established and the movement of the sphere is analyzed, which proves that the structure of the unfolding mechanism is reasonable and feasible. First of all, the mathematical model is established by coordinate transformation, and the space contact position of the model is calculated based on Matlab. The expansion motion is reasonably simplified and the synchronous relationship between the steel ball and the unfolding wheel is obtained. In order to find the optimal parameter relation which can make the steel ball expand stably in the transmission process, finally, according to the iterative method, the moving track of the point on the spherical surface is simulated numerically, and the concrete law is a helix with fixed deviation angle. The final results show that the unfolding mechanism can realize the full surface expansion of the sphere.
