考慮沖裁變形過程的高強度鋼擴孔模擬與實驗驗證

【摘要】:針對傳統(tǒng)的擴孔模擬方法未考慮沖裁變形過程而導(dǎo)致預(yù)測精度較低的問題,以高強度DP590鋼為例,對沖裁-擴孔的全過程進行數(shù)值模擬.采用改進的積分方法獲得Oyane韌性斷裂準則的閾值,基于沖裁變形的應(yīng)變梯度分布與損傷分布進行擴孔工序的模擬,并與其實驗結(jié)果加以對比.結(jié)果表明:與未考慮沖裁變形過程的預(yù)測結(jié)果相比,考慮沖裁變形過程的預(yù)測精度提高了99.6%;沖裁間隙越大(10%~15%),其仿真結(jié)果與實驗結(jié)果吻合越好.
[Abstract]:In order to solve the problem that the traditional simulation method of hole expansion does not consider the process of blanking deformation, the prediction accuracy is low. Taking high strength DP590 steel as an example, the numerical simulation of the whole process of blanking and reaming is carried out. The threshold value of Oyane ductile fracture criterion is obtained by using the improved integral method. Based on the strain gradient distribution and damage distribution of blanking deformation, the pore expansion process is simulated and compared with the experimental results. The results show that compared with the prediction results without considering the blanking deformation process, the prediction accuracy of the blanking deformation process is increased 99.66.The larger the blanking gap is, the better the simulation results are with the experimental results.
